The first piece is a scrim of the "Andrew Jackson" on Whale Tooth. The 2nd is of the whaling bark "Charles W. Morgan" on a Sperm Whale tooth , the 3rd is of the Essex whaling bark that was snak by a sperm whale, it is on a mammoth tusk. The 4th is of the 40 gun Frigate "South Carolina" it is on a Sperm whale tooth cross section.

The last three pictures are of scans of pencil renderings I did prior to starting the above work.
